BRANDON NEUMAN, GENERAL COUNSEL

Brandon is an attorney licensed and based in California; he practices regulatory, administrative, political, and business law. He is also admitted to the US District Court for the Central District of California and is certified as in-house counsel for ACC in the state of Wisconsin. 

He received his JD and a Graduate Certificate in Business Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. 

He graduated summa cum laude from George Washington University with a double major in history and political science, and a minor in philosophy. While studying, he also served as the Treasurer for the GW College Republicans. Professionally, he is a member of the Federalist Society, the American Bar Association, and the Ventura and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. 

An avid adventurer, he has more than 20 years of leadership in the Boy Scouts of America, where he currently serves as a Committee Member and Unit Commissioner for the Ventura County Council. He also holds a Doctorate in Boy Scout Science, a Master’s Degree in Commissioner Science, and the Wood Badge. He is an Eagle Scout.

STEPHEN PERKINS, LEADERSHIP ADVISOR

Stephen Perkins is a conservative strategist and writer who serves as a leadership advisor to ACC and its leadership team. Stephen has been with ACC from the beginning, helping the team inspire and influence through developing a culture of strong leadership.

Formerly the Editor-in-Chief of OUTSET, a digital publication for emerging conservative voices, Stephen currently works as a digital strategist for conservative campaigns.

Originally from Houston, Stephen graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Political Science and now lives in Dallas, Texas.

MARINA DOLGOVA, DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Marina is a recent graduate of the University of Washington, where she studied Political Science, Law, Societies, and Justice, and Mathematics. As an undergrad, Marina has gained political experience through interning for state and federal legislators and assisting a local think tank in policy research. 

Marina was born and raised in Russia and moved to the United State six years ago. She enjoys learning new languages, reading, and playing volleyball in her free time. Marina is very excited to join ACC and help expand its supporter base.

SAGE KAFSKY, SECRETARY

Sage Kafsky is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in political science and a concentration in pre-law, minoring in both history and writing. Originally from the rural community of Ducktown, Tennessee, she gained political experience in many facets of the conservative movement. From 2016-2017, Sage served as the Secretary for MTSU's College Republicans chapter, and she helped to found a campus chapter of Turning Point USA as well, later serving as the chapter Vice President. Sage also worked closely with State Representative Dr. Bryan Terry as he developed "Campus Connection," a program that gave students the opportunity to air their concerns on matters of state and local government. She interned with the Grant Starrett for Congress campaign in 2015, and she has worked in outdoor recreation since 2014, experience which has helped fuel her passion for conservation. 
 

In her spare time, Sage enjoys reading, hiking, and creative writing. She can often be found making cringe-worthy puns or adding to her expansive personal library. She looks forward to combining her passion for civic engagement with her love for the environment through working with the ACC.

Denise DeVatt, project coordinator

Denise is currently a senior at Mars Hill University in North Carolina where she is pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies. Denise initially became involved in Conservative politics in the red state of South Carolina that she calls home. She is serving as Vice Chair of College Republicans this academic year as well as Chaplain, Parliamentarian, and Alumnae Relations for Delta Zeta Sorority and Fellow for the Zionist Organization of America. Lets change the narrative on conservative environmentalism.
