Tex Fischer, National Field Director

Tex Fischer is a political organizer and strategist from Youngstown, Ohio. His past experience includes dozens of political campaigns, America Rising, Turning Point USA, and the Ohio Republican Party. As National Field Director, Tex oversees ACC’s campus program, which empowers students to advocate for conservative solutions to environmental issues to their fellow students.

Alex Guzman, Regional Coordinator

Alex Guzman is a student at the College of the Canyons in Valencia, CA. He is majoring in A.S mathematics and planning on obtaining his B.S in Mathematics. Alex enjoys swimming, reading books, watching TV, and promoting Ayn Rands philosophy to other students. 



Billy McElligott, Regional Coordinator

Billy McElligott is a law student at NSU Shepard Broad College of Law and serves as the ACC Regional Field Coordinator responsible for Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. A native Floridian, Billy spent most of his time growing up in and around the water including sailing, swimming, and scuba diving on both the east and west coast of Florida. Prior to law school, Billy worked as a political operative on over 30 campaigns in South Florida focused on policy writing along with both digital and direct voter outreach. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL with a degree in Political Science, Business Law, and Business Administration.

Billy resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL and intends to pursue a career in government litigation as it pertains to corporate real estate transactions and land-use related issues. He remains involved as an operative in South Florida engaged in contractual-based campaign work along with a clerkship this summer at an environmental law and land-use firm involved in state and federal litigation across the United States.
